RETURNS IN 3 EASY STEPS

1) Download the return form here, then complete it and sign it, and include it with your return. If you can’t download it, email us at support@golfetail.com and we will email it you.

2) Your return must be in the identical condition as when you received it.  All tags must be intact, and include the manufacturer’s packaging.
3) You can purchase a UPS return label from us (restrictions apply, see below) or use your preferred shipping service to return the item.  Our return address is: GolfEtail Returns Dept, 6350 Yarrow Drive, Ste B, Carlsbad CA 92011. Ensure your return is well packaged and properly insured.

If you are returning an item from the contiguous US, then you can purchase a UPS return shipping label here.  Include the return form with you return, affix the return label, and drop the return off at any UPS authorized drop off location.  If your return is less than 1 pound we suggest you check with your local post office for a lower rate.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Items purchased in new condition, must be returned to us in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.  This means, if the item was used, even once, it is no longer in new condition and not returnable.  Ensure the tags are intact and return the original manufacturer's packaging.

Items purchased in pre-owned condition must be received by us in the same condition as to when you received it and must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Obviously, for pre-owned items the tags and packaging are not an issue.

DAMAGED, WRONG, or MISSING ITEMS

Believe it or not, UPS isn’t perfect, nor are we. In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at support@golfetail.com or call us at (760) 743-4653.

WARRANTY ITEMS

All new items include the manufacturer warranties.  Manufacturer warranties do vary by manufacturer and typically normal wear or misuse is excluded.

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our closeout inventory, exchanges are not as simple as either of us would like.  The best way to complete an exchange is to return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you prefer. We waive any restocking fee associated to exchanges.

REFUNDS

After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, by crediting the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.Returns may be subject to a 15% restock fee with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $20. We will waive the restocking fee if you place a reorder or accept a store credit.  To choose store credit, simply check the box on your return form.
